The Vertex Cup is a national tennis tournament held annually since 2022 in Aesch (BL). We had the privilege of working closely with the organizing committee. Our main goal was to put the players at the heart of our approach. Their experience and development were our top priorities in organizing this event.
To achieve this, we handled several aspects of the event:
• Creation of the brochure and graphics
• Marketing management
• Design of a sponsorship request and design flyer
• Development of a menu card tailored to food intolerances
• Creation of badges for different categories (VIP, players, coaches, committee members)
• Individual photos of each player during the tournament, with a personalized folder containing their photos
• Event photography
• Video production
• Social media management
